Margaritaville At The Cape

This Cape San Blas vacation rental unit is pet friendly and dogs are allowed on the beach. Barrier Dunes has very uncrowded sugary white beaches. Margaritaville is Gulf view with a bar on the deck so that you can drink your margarita while enjoying the view. This is the place to enjoy a truly relaxing vacation. It is about 100 steps on broadwalks to the beach. At night while sitting on the deck gazing at the stars, you can hear the waves. This Cape San Blas townhouse is 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the first floor is the kitchen, dining area, living room (sleeper couch), bathroom and the bunk (one is full size) bedroom. This story has all tile floors. The main deck is off the living room.

The whole second story is the master bedroom(king size bed), walk-in closet, bathroom (double basins and separate oversized tub and shower) and laundry room. This arrangement with an oversized master bedroom gives you privacy and a feeling of luxury. Each bedroom has a balcony off of it with a view of the gulf. All 3 balconies/deck have outside furniture on them. Underneath the townhouse is enough move to park 2 cars or 1 car and 1 boat. There is an outside shower to rinse off with. The unit has 1216 sq ft of air conditioned space.

Barrier Dunes is a gated community with boardwalks connecting you to the beach and other areas. Barrier Dunes sits right next door to St Joe State Park (2500 acres) which has boat ramps. In 2002, Dr. Beach ranked it the #1 beach in the United States. There are no high rises on Cape San Blas, giving you uncrowded beaches and no traffic jams on the roads and the one 2 lane highway. This is an undiscovered gem on the forgotten coast of Old Florida. Cape San Blas is 20 miles long (with St Joe State Park being 10 miles of it)and at it's widest point is a mile across. The Gulf of Mexico is on one side and the tranquil waters of St Joe Bay on the other. The tranuil waters are great for kayaking, canoeing, boat platoons and other water sports.
