Deposits are refundable (less a $25 administration fee), if cancellation notification is received at least 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations under 14 days of arrival will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.3. Reservations may be rescheduled with no penalty if notification is received at least 14 days prior to arrival. If the rescheduling is made within 3 days of arrival, a $25 administration fee applies. All rescheduling under 3 days will result in a one night lodging fee penalty.
