I must confess: I am a fan, my family is a fan club. I have dedicated already a lot of my spare time to the apartments in Paris available for renting from this same owner. The apartment is located in a lively neighborhood out of the tourist area, yet within a five-minute walk of Montmartre and Sacre Coeur. Just a few blocks from a couple of metro stops (Anvers & Cadet), and a 10-15 minute walk to the Galleries Lafayette. During the 19th century this area boasted the most well known cabarets, taverns, and dance halls. A few blocks to the west was the Nouvelle-Athenes, the gathering place for Impressionists.
It has been decorated by a Parisian artist Bruno Pascal and offers some great specials apart from all of the modern conveniences including a huge round bathtub, an electrical adjustable bed system on the king-size bed, flat plasma panoramic TV with Dolby-surround DVD, professional built-in espresso maker, and privalite division between the bath and the sleeping area.

A bit further , but still at walking distance are the Royal Gardens and the Louvre. As you stroll the surrounding area, you will find many restaurants, shops and craftsman nearby, and just two blocks away is a full-size swimming pool.

About Owner: We bought this apartment to use it ourselves in the first place. So we looked for an area that was safe, child-friendly and not to touristic. On the other hand it had to be at walking distance to the main attractions like Louvre, Marais, Champs Elysées etc..

We had stays in every apartment and have enjoyed the different accents/flavors each of them is offering. I suggest you to listen to Vivaldi’s big four: summer is for Luxury.
Put away the wine and let the Champaign pop out of the bottle! You just have to open the window to take part of the Parisian life that you see down on the street. Going out in the morning to have a French breakfast, having a swim in the huge bath and then go out to experience Paris by night. Avoid going to sleep, brew you fresh cup of coffee in the professional machine.

This apartment fits Paris perfectly. In this romantic city, you couldn’t find any stay which would be more suitable! The place was very clean and had a practical set up. There was a small kitchen where we could easily make a nice meal and a bathroom for a quick refreshment. Thanks to the metro station on our doorstep, we were able to reach all the famous draws within a few minutes. After a long day of sightseeing, the huge bathtub enabled us to relax while we were watching a movie! The surround system and great collection of DVD’s made our evenings very cosy. We are really looking forward to stay here again!
