As featured in 'National Geographic Traveler Magazine' 2006 and Cathay Pacific's 'Discovery' Magazine 2004, Larch Hill B&B / Homestay is purpose built on an elevated site and all rooms in our warm, comfortable and relaxing homestay have spectacular lake and mountain views. Each room has tea/coffee making facilities, each has its own private or ensuite bathroom.

A restful theme flows through the bedrooms into the dining room with its library, opening onto a sunny courtyard surrounded by cottage gardens.

We are just 3 minutes' drive from the centre of Queenstown and within walking distance of the lake. Public transport passes our street regularly. Breakfasts are generous with homemade bread, freshly baked croissants and pastries, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt, and freshly ground, percolated coffee.

Our self-contained apartment is ideal for families or small groups. We can provide pre-arranged complimentary pickups from Queenstown airport. Feel free to use our local knowledge to help plan your itinerary. We are booking agents for Queenstown tours and activities.
