In the locked closet under the Amelia Island vacation house you will find many beach like things such as: beach chairs, a hammock and many more things. There is also a shower if you want to rinse off before entering the vacation rental or if you just want to cool off. Please lock before retiring for the evening and when you leave the house.

There is also a full laundry room to wash and dry your clothes as needed.

Personal checks are accepted only if received at least 30 days prior to arrival. If you pay less than 30 days prior to arrival, only Cashiers Check or Money Order will be accepted for payment. Make checks payable to Marlee B. Krohn/Beach House Rental. Please include the rental dates on the check. A $50 fee will be charged for all returned checks. Only the deposit will hold your reservation.

After placing your reservation, you must confirm your rental with a 50% deposit of the Rental amount. You will have 5 days to mail the deposit to Beach House, 504 S. 2nd St., Jacksonville Bch., Fl. 32250. A lease will be mailed to you for complete execution, and must be returned within 10 days or your reservation will be automatically cancelled. Your final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

A Security Deposit of $850 is required when keys are presented. If the inspection results in the retention of any funds from your deposit, a copy of the documentation will be sent to you with a check for your remaining balance within 2 weeks of departure date. Guests will be charged for damages or any missing articles; cleaning exceeding routine amount; moving furniture, etc. It is not our intention to retain anyone's deposit, therefore, if there is no unusual cleaning required or damage of any kind, your security deposit will be fully refunded. Exceeding the house limit of six will result in asking the tenants to vacate immediately.
