All you need to bring is your suitcase. The home is fully equipped minus groceries which can be purchased at the local Winn Dixie, Target, WalMart or Publix. You will be a few minutes drive to the beach, one hour to Orlando, one hour to St. Augustine and one hour to the Kennedy Space Center, 45 minute drive to Port Canaveral to board the casino ship (the Sun Cruz Casino boat $3.00 per person to board). My home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with an in-ground pool, Jacuzzi, and fish pond, located in Sleepy Hollow within walking distance to shopping. . Bring your suitcase!
No smoking in the home but I have no objections to the front porch or back patio area. I prefer not to have any furry friends. As different people will be enjoying my home, there are many people who have allergies to dogs/cats, so I prefer not to say OK to bring your pet . . . but write to me with your pet need and I will consider on a case to case basis. (length of stay,. type of animal, etc.) If we find an agreeable situation, the extra cost will be $250, which will cover carpet and furniture cleaning. Thanks for your understanding.

I love to travel and when I come back home to Sleepy Hollow in Port Orange, there is a sign at the entrance of the neighborhood that says, Welcome Home. If you are looking to just get away from it all, my home is it! It is peaceful yet close to everything. As a resident of Port Orange (minutes from Daytona Beach)....I know where the locals go...and I can be of great assistance in guiding you to a wonderful vacation (Example....ever heard of the Boston Lobsterfest? in Orlando? on Sand Lake Road? well I have.....all the lobster....yes ALL the lobster you can eat for under $30.00 per person. Like to have a great fish sandwich...AND watch the purpoises AND manatees? Go to the Sea Harvest in New Smyrna Beach....my husband and I used to share a fish sandwich dinner for under $10.00!....Do you like lighthouses? How about the lighthouse in St. Augustine or Ponce Inlet? If you want to shop to you drop, then take a day trip to West Palm Beach and visit the Alligator Mall (it is shaped like an alligator and has Macy's, Spiegels, JC Penny's, tooooo many to name, outlets galore!)....It is about a 3-3/12 hour trip one way, but you can do a lot of shopping!
