No elevators or stairs to contend with here. The unit is ground floor with a large rear patio. Your assigned parking space is just steps away from your front door. There is one assigned parking space for this unit (only one car allowed with short term guest parking only.) Our complex is perfect for couples,families and snowbirds!!!
