This outstanding Cape Coral waterfront rental home with over 4000 square feet of living space and a lovely waterfall in a lush garden setting, is located on two intersecting canals with beautiful waterviews from every room in the house. It's a short walk to the local beach, public tennis courts, fishing pier and yacht club where you can relax, enjoy the gorgeous view and dance to live music under the stars. The center of town is also close-by where you will find excellent restaurants and enjoy fine shopping.
The pool and Lanai have a southerly exposure and the pool has both solar and electric heat to maintain comfortable year round temperatures.
Our dock can accomodate a 60 foot Yacht and has both 50 & 30 Amp electric service as well as a dockside shower. Three kayak's (2 single & a tandem) are available for a slight additional fee.

Payment Methods Accepted

Winter rates are for 2 adults and 3 children 16 and younger; $1500.00 per week, each additional adult $150.00 per week. MAXIMUM 8 PERSONS
Spring & Summer rates 4 adults and children $1150.00 per week, each additional adult $120 per week. MAXIMUM 8 PERSONS
Off peak rates 4 adults and children $975.00 per week, each additional adult $120 per week. MAXIMUM 8 PERSONS
Minimum rental period one week; from Saturday to Saturda.
During Chritmas, New Year and Easter periods,
Two week minimum ( or 50% surcharge for 1 week) required on all rentals.
Please add to the rental fee 9% Florida tax, cleaning fee of $150.00, security deposit of $350. A 15% deposit is required to hold reservation.
