There is also a 3 bedroom 3 bath 2400 square foot waterfront executive hose complete with a gourmet kitchen. Plus two of the bedrooms are efficiencies with their own kitchenette.

Every unit is a ground floor home hidden in a gated property away from the road. It is wheel chair accessible but no bars or handles in the bathrooms except in the tubs.

You enter Affordable Beach Condos through a distinctive garden gate, the Courtyard Tower, overgrown with fragrant jasmine and passionflowers.

An lush overgrown and landscaped European style central courtyard greets you, complete with fountain, park benches and fringed with palms and exotic plants. This is the focal point for social gatherings and for meeting your neighbors.

The two-bedroom Florida Suite sleeps six. There are three standard one-bedroom condos, the Artist, Africa and English Cottage Suites.And three larger, Deluxe one bedroom condos, The Oriental, Santa Fe and Hawaii Suites.All one bedroom suites sleep four.
