Enjoy a private deluxe studio or the suite with an outdoor jacuzzi and partial ocean view. All with private entrances, baths, decks, kitchenettes, free off street parking, cable TV, DVD/CD players, clock radios, phones, ceiling fans, dining area, laundry facilities and much more (units can be adjoining). Chose from king, queen (canopy or brass beds), or twin accommodations. Each Lanikai unit is stocked with a welcome breakfast of tropical juices, cereals, pastries, yogurt, fruits, coffee, teas, and surprises.

Each unit also has a library of activities on the island, restaurant menus, and books on Hawaiian birds and flowers. This Lanikai bed and breakfast is filled with “aloha spirit” and has many repeat guests that enjoy the paradise of Hawaii. Minimum stay 3 nights. Deposit required confirming reservation. The Suite has its own private outdoor spa. Located on a quite street near the beach.

Private entrances and bathrooms, Kitchenettes (microwave, frig, coffee maker, toaster, blender, hot plate), Beach towels, mats, and chairs, Kimonos, hair dryers, coolers, radio-alarm clocks, ironing board w/iron, an outdoor shower, and much more are available for your convenience. Free off street parking. Laundry facilities. We do have baby crib and a futon for use. The B&B is a non-smoking property. Sorry no pets.

Cancellations or Changes: Due to our intimate size, any cancellations affect us significantly. Consequently, we adhere to a 30-day cancellation policy. Cancellations 30 days prior will be refunded their deposit less a one-day stay, if we cannot rebook. If we can rebook, your full deposit is returned, less a $45 processing fee. Cancellations less than 14 days, will forfeit full payment unless we can rebook. Refund will be based upon the number of days we can rebook, less a $45 processing fee. All changes in reservations will be assessed an additional $25 processing fee and returned checks $45. Deposits must be received within 12 days of booking or are subject to cancellation.
