A rare find in the heart of the City, this 900 sq ft residence is located in the 7th arrondissement, the elegant Ambassies' Quarter around the corner from Napoleon's Tomb and Invalides Army Museum. Metro Latour-Maubourg.
The residential vicinity provides all the conveniences: within a couple of bocks you find plethore of restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, trendy shops, cafes, banks, post office etc... and the famous Rue Cler open market!Being so centrally located, it is also walking distance form major attractions: Eiffel Tower in 7 min, Rodin and Orsay Museums, Napoleons' Tum and Army museum, Champs Elysees... and a few metro stops away from Louvre, Notre Dame, Sacre Coeur...
The contemporary building is very well kept, in a very quiet street, with coded front door and elevator .
The residence itself, features the only true luxuries of Paris: hardwood floors troughout, large double panes sliding doors and windows allowing lots of sun and providing protection from the noise.. You will be surprised like every one else how quiet is the residence!
Located on the 5th floor, the 2 quiet bedrooms (sleep 2 each) have views of a courtyard, 1 updated bathroom (with oversized shower and stakable washer and dryer) a separate room for the toilets, a fully equiped kitchen, an agreable hallway, a very large living/dinning room with table and chairs for 6, TV, stereo system and leather sleeping couch.
The living room opens to a good size deck/ balcony where you can use the table and chairs to enjoy the afternoon sun. The brand new kitchen is fully equiped with a fridge and freezer, electric cooktop with a full size oven, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher.

What a find! spacious, light, quiet, beautiful place in the heart of Paris for our whole family! We walked eveywhere for the sights and the neighborhood is such a charm: we felt that we belonged!
