Office hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, Sat 8am - 7pm, and Sun 9am - 1 pm. IF YOU ANTICIPATE ARRIVING AFTER OFFICE HOURS ON ANY DAY, YOU MUST CONTACT THE RESORT FOR CHECK-IN PROCEDURES.
The nearest airport is Ft. Lauderdale International Airport, 5 miles away. From the airport, take US1 North to Sunrise Blvd. (U.S. 1 North turns into Sunrise for about a quarter of a mile) Go east on Sunrise. Follow signs to the Beach. Go over the Intracoastal Drawbridge. The first stop light after the drawbridge is Birch Road, turn right. Coconut Bay is next door to the 7-11 on the corner. The office is open until 7pm on Saturday and from 9am to 1pm. on Sunday. If arriving outside of these hours, you must contact the resort in advance.
