That's also just a two minute walk to terrific public transportation. Or, for less than five bucks, you can take a taxi to just about anywhere.

And while on that two minute walk you'll pass a marvelous, though underutilized public park that is immaculately maintained throughout the year.

Now, more about the unit itself…. The modern living room is completely furnished right down to the coasters for your drinks. The living room's entertainment center has a new flat panel, wide screen TV which is hooked up to premium cable television, including many English speaking channels such as CNN, American Television Network, et cetera. The kitchen is fully functional with stove, oven, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, cabinets galore, cooking and eating utensils, everything. A four chair breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the living room. And just off the kitchen there is a food pantry and a broom closet, so storage is never a problem.

The bathroom sports an oversized shower with newly installed sliding glass enclosures.

The bedroom is large, with two double beds, a dressing table, a chest of drawers, color television hooked up to premium cable, and great closet space for your clothes and additional storage. The bedroom has a separate air conditioning unit, also new and also very quiet.
