Enjoy your morning coffee and evening sunsets on our 60' wraparound deck. BBQ in comfort in our screened sunroom with it's outdoor dining area. Inside you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining room to seat six and a comfortable living room with television, stereo and DVD player. Also on the main level there are two bedrooms with two queen beds, a four piece bathroom and laundry area. On the lower level with it's own walk out is our third bedroom with two twin beds, a four piece bathroom and family room with televison, and VCR. A small office area with a desk, fax and printer are included. It is the perfect arrangement for families with children or two couples travelling together. We are under 10 minutes from six major golf courses.

The north shore of Prince Edward Island also known as Anne's Land. It is the home of the famous Cavendish Beach. Our property comes with a beach pass for all three parks. Cavendish is the home of Anne of Green Gables the story made famous by Lucy Maud Montgomery. There are many activities based on her history on the island. Amusement parks, fabulous beaches, shopping, kayaking, sailing, swimming, deep sea fishing, biking, hiking, walking trails and wonderful fine art and craft shops. This area has it all including breathtaking views from the dunes and red cliffs along the shoreline.

Deposits


50% deposit is required at time of reservation, remaining 50% is payable 30 days prior to arrival. A fully refundable damage deposit for $500. is taken the day of arrival and will be refunded within 7 days of departure provided there are no problems.

Cancellation


60 days or more, full refund of deposit. 30-60 days refund of one half of deposit. Less than 30 days, no refund

Fees & Taxes


A provincial sales tax of 10% along with the federal sales tax of 6% is added to the weekly fee.
