Depending on your space requirements, the Belize villas can be divided into one, two or three bedrooms to suit your needs. Bedrooms all provide vaulted ceilings, a four-poster king-size bed and handcrafted mahogany and cedar furnishings. Exposed beams, hand painted Mexican double-bowl sinks, walk-in showers and covered porches provide unique finishing touches.

Executive Suites are ground level two bedroom, two bath Belize vacation villas with a gourmet kitchen, spacious living room, and a covered porch that runs the entire length of the main floor with ample outdoor seating. Additionally the living room includes satellite television and DVD player. A collection of DVD's is available from our concierge.

61-89 days prior to arrival forfeit 25% of deposit 31-60 days prior to arrival forfeit 50% of deposit 30 (or less) days prior to arrival forfeit 100% of payments.

Rates do not include room tax (9%) and service/gratuity charge (8%)
