Security Deposit may be returned within 30 after departure from home if there are no damages/lost items. 50% of Rental Due Upon Reservation. Remainder Paid 10 days Before Rental Date. Sign in: 4pm (NO early sign-ins) Sign out: 10am- late sign-outs are charged an additional day.
NO refunds if cancellations are made within 60 days of rental date. Refunds prorated prior to 60-day cut off.
