During the winter season, I will give a 15% discount to stays of 6 nights or more.Summer season gives one night free on all weekly rentals.
Credit cards accepted: Yes
Deposits
2 nights lodging by personal check is required to confirm the reservation. The deposit is non refundable. The remaining balance is due in full 45 days prior to your arrival date. For peak season the full payment is due 60 days prior to your arrival date.
Cancellation
Deposit (2 nights) is non refundable. After full payment has been received, there is only a 50% refund between the 45 day mark & 31 days before arrival. 30 days or less to your arrival date, there is no refund. We highly recommend travel insurance.

12.4% sales & lodging tax
