Great place. Great location. Great support from the owner. I had a small problem getting a parking permit when I arrived. Alex, the owner was on a cross country drive and only part way to his destination. He stopped what he was doing and worked by phone and fax from Arizona to the City Officials who were giving me difficulty and got it all arranged in about an hour. Great service. The unit is very nice, roomy and well maintained. The building has been remodeled recently and it is far nicer than the hotels in the area. I highly recommend it and will stay here on my next trip.

We had a wonderful time at the Fountain in South Beach. The condo was extremely clean, compact and very stylish. It looked exactly like the photos. We had everything we needed. The beach was (literally) 2 blocks away and the playground (which was important for us) was only one block away. Amazing restaurants were within easy walking distance, which really minimised our car usage. Alex was ready and willing to answer all of questions. I really enjoyed my stay in the apartmentD. The location is great,a couple of blocks from the ocean and a very nice neighborhood . I loved the way the apartment was furnished and I plan to stay there next time I go to Miami.
