He stopped what he was doing and worked by phone and fax from Arizona to the City Officials who were giving me difficulty and got it all arranged in about an hour. Great service.
The unit is very nice, roomy and well maintained. The building has been remodeled recently and it is far nicer than the hotels in the area. I highly recommend it and will stay here on my next trip.

My friends and I had a fantastic time in Miami and your place made the trip that much better. It was so close to all the best Miami's got to offer and not to mention it was very comfortable!

We had a wonderful time at the Fountain in South Beach. The condo was extremely clean, compact and very stylish. It looked exactly like the photos. We had everything we needed. The beach was (literally) 2 blocks away and the playground (which was important for us) was only one block away. Amazing restaurants were within easy walking distance, which really minimised our car usage. Alex was ready and willing to answer all of questions. Thanks again for a helping us have a wonderful holiday!
