This beautiful single story villa in the Disney World area has recently (Sept 2012) been remodeled with all new decoration and furnishings and includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It can sleep 8 people comfortably. This lovely home is situated in Davenport and is fully furnished with a King-Size Master Suite with en-suite bath, One Queen Bedroom, and one bedroom with twin beds. There is also a sofa bed to provide comfort for extra guests in the Living Room. Make yourself comfortable in the luxury furnished living and dining room with Large 60 Flat Screen TV’s in the living room, 42 Flat Screen in Master Bedroom and Flat Screens in the two other rooms. There is a Blu Ray Player in the living area which is linked with a Netflix Account for unlimited movies on the nights that you want to stay in at no extra charge.

There is a pleasant kitchen area and dining area overlooking the pool. The sunny lanai area is the perfect place to sit, or throw a couple of steaks on the BBQ to have an al-fresco meal by your own poolside.

Surrounded by lakes there are plenty of pleasant walks in the area to walk your dog or for an evening stroll to relax after your meal.

There is a garage for two cars and additional parking on the driveway at the front of the house.

Thousand Oaks is in a superb location, just 10-15 minutes from Disney depending on traffic and other Great Attractions in the area are easily accessible with excellent road links. You are only a couple of minutes from a selection of Restaurants/bars & Shops at Championsgate.

$250 Security Deposit is required on booking. This is returned to you within 14 day of the end of your holiday assuming there is no damage to the property. Alternatively we now have a $45 security deposit waiver option.. This is a non-refundable fee.

Cancellation
Cancellations can be made up to 60 days prior to the vacation with a $100 administration fee. Cancellations of less than 60 days prior to the start of the vacation will not be refunded unless we are able to make an alternative booking arrangement, in which case, your money will be refunded less a $100 administration charge. All efforts will be made by our team to refill the booking place on your behalf.

& Taxes
12% Taxes are payable on all properties. There is a cleaning fee of $80 on all stays of less than 7 nights.. Long Stay Prices are discounted. Please ask for details.
