This beautiful two-story Davenport Townhome includes 4 bedrooms and 3 and a half bathrooms. It can sleep 8-10 people comfortably. The Davenport vacation house is fully furnished with a King-Size Master Suite with en-suite bath, 3 Suites with twin beds with 2 full size shared baths plus a Queen Sleeper Sofa bed in the Living Room. Make yourself comfortable in the luxury furnished living and dining room with Large TV’s and DVD players as well as a fully equipped Kitchen.

One bedroom with en-suite facilities is downstairs and suitable for guests who find stairs a problem. This bed can be re-configured to supply another King Size Master Bedroom with en-suite facilities for a small convenience charge of $25.

There is a two car driveway at the front of the house.

Regal Palms was designed with the relaxation, health and wellbeing of the guest closely in mind. The Resort caters for all kinds of entertainment with Water Slides, Pools, Jacuzzi, a lazy river, hot tubs, Waterfalls (all heated), business center with internet facilities, Restaurants, Children’s play area Game rooms, Sports bar, Spa Treatment and a Fitness Center. Around the pool area, you can enjoy sunbathing, outdoor dining and cocktails and all of the other amenities from the restaurant and tiki bar. Daily activities are also offered at the pool side. The club house has a conference center with facilities for up to 200 delegates. Golfers can also enjoy a day at an 18 hole Highland Reserve Golf Course located adjacent to Regal Palms. This Golf Course is open to the public.

Regal Palm Resort is in a superb location, just 15 minutes from Disney and other Great Attractions and only a couple of minutes from a selection of Restaurants/bars & Shops. Regal Palms offers the facilities you would expect from a four star hotel. The best Japanese Sushi Bar and take out, banks, pizza parlor, Fish and Chips, Appleby's, Publix supermarket, Liquor store, and other restaurants are all on the next block and within walking distance of the resort.

$250 Security Deposit is required on booking. This is returned to you within 14 day of the end of your holiday assuming there is no damage to the property. Alternatively we now have a $39 security deposit waiver option.. This is a non-refundable fee.

Cancellation
Cancellations can be made up to 60 days prior to the vacation with a $100 administration fee. Cancellations of less than 60 days prior to the start of the vacation will not be refunded unless we are able to make an alternative booking arrangement, in which case, your money will be refunded less a $100 administration charge. All efforts will be made by our team to refill the booking place on your behalf.

& Taxes
12% Taxes are payable on all properties. There is a cleaning fee of $80 on all stays of less than 7 nights.. PLEASE NOTE: $10 per night is required to use the Resort Faciliites. This will be collected at the main desk on your arrival. Long Stay Prices are discounted. Please ask for details.
