Whatever you wish to do, you will find it in close proximity to this villa. There a numerous lakes in the area where you can fish, sail, waterski, go for a cruise or simply relax by. 15 Minutes to Disney, and only a short drive with good road links to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Cypress Gardens, Seaworld, Discovery Cove, Wet and Wild, World of Orchids, Golf, Dinner shows, and an exciting night life. Bush Gardens, Kennedy Space Centre, and several Beaches are only an hour's drive away. Shop to your heart's content in a myriad of shopping malls, outlet stores and flea markets. After a hard day's fun, relax and sip a cocktail at the poolside at this resort while you plan the next day's adventures or join in one of the activities arranged for you.

$250 Security Deposit is required on booking. This is returned to you within 14 day of the end of your holiday assuming there is no damage to the property.



Cancellations can be made up to 60 days prior to the vacation with a $25 administration fee. Cancellations of less than 60 days prior to the start of the vacation will not be refunded unless we are able to make an alternative booking arrangement, in which case, your money will be refunded less a $50 administration charge. All efforts will be made by our team to refill the booking place on your behalf.



12% Taxes are payable on all properties. There is a cleaning fee of $80 on all stays. PLEASE NOTE: $10 per night is required to use the Resort Facilites. This will be collected at the main desk on your arrival. Long Stay Prices are discounted. Please ask for details.
