There is a large refrigerator and freezer, a range, dishwasher, all crockery, flatware and cookware, toaster, coffee maker and teapot for those who like a cup of tea in the mornings. $250 Security Deposit is required on booking. This is returned to you within 14 day of the end of your holiday assuming there is no damage to the property.
Cancellations can be made up to 60 days prior to the vacation with a $25 administration fee. Cancellations of less than 60 days prior to the start of the vacation will not be refunded unless we are able to make an alternative booking arrangement, in which case, your money will be refunded less a $50 administration charge. All efforts will be made by our team to refill the booking place on your behalf.
12% Taxes are payable on all properties. There is a cleaning fee of $80 on all stays of less than 5 days. Pets will incur a weekly charge of $50 per pet.
