A security/damage deposit between $3,000-$5,000 is needed. The security/damage deposit amount depends on the length of your stay. The security/damage deposit will be refunded within 3 weeks after your leave the property and the property is inspected and there are no damages. A $350 cleaning fee will be deducted from the security/damage deposit. Pool heater $150/day or $500/week.
