A $200 reservation/security deposit is required to hold the townhouse for your choice of week(s) and is refundable within 30 days after your departure, less any charges/costs of damages. Please note the liability of damages is not limited to the amount of your security deposit.
Your security deposit is refundable up to 60 days prior to arrival, less $50 cancellation fee. Between 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, half your deposit will be returned. No refunds within 30 days and/or after receipt of final payment.
12% Florida State Tax
$100 cleaning fee for weekly rentals; $125 cleaning fee for monthly rentals
