North Lake Tahoe Vacation Rental Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
US Dollar based check, draft or wire transfer. Unfortunately we do not accept credit cards. Rental payments received less than 2 weeks prior to arrival must be in form of bank check, cashiers check or wire transfer.
25% of rental amount plus security deposit ($300-$500/week) within 10 days of booking. Final payment due one month prior to visit.
*Security deposits returned within 3 weeks of departure unless foreign currency or any forfeit of deposit is required. Foreign currency refunds take up to 4 weeks.
10% occupancy tax$125 cleaning fee
