The roof deck and roof top study are accessed via a private stairway up to the tiled roofdeck with patio furniture and flowers. The rooftop study has large windows, sofa, cafe table, desk, TV and CD player. This is every visitor's favorite space!
Our middle flat is the most traditional, decorated in burgandy and shades of blue with antique redwood floors, oriental rugs, lots of trim and detailing throughout. The bedroom has a queen size bed. There is a double sofa bed and portable twin bed in the living room.
The living room is anchored by a lovely fireplace, large bay window and an office alcove. The bedroom has a large bay window and private tile and marble bathroom. This unit overlooks the small garden. Decor is a combination of pine and traditional pieces.
The first floor unit is actually on the second floor above the garage. The unit is graced by large triple windows across the front and large double windows in the back. Interior windows into several lightwells keep the unit(s) light and airy and are reminiscent of French apartments.
This flat is decorated in French blue and yellow with lovely oak parquet floors, white detailing and trim. The kitchen in this flat is the best in the building as it is large and newly remodeled with charming white cabinets, a wooden countertop, table and 2 chairs. The living room has a beautiful fireplace, a large dining area with antique dining table for six and living area. The bedroom has a queen size bed. The living room has a double sofa bed. There is an extra twin bed stored in the large walk in closet.
