During peak tourist season (April - October) the Palmetto Dunes Buggy, a free shuttle service, will pick you up at the house and take you anywhere on the plantation, including the beach, golf courses, tennis center, shopping and restaurants! This home is fully equipped with everything you will need (except your beach towel) and features a huge open kitchen and dining area, a spacious 2 level living area, master bedroom suite with jacuzzi tub, air-conditioned sun room and a large deck area in the back. Hilton Head Island, Private Vacation Home w/ Pool Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
Check or Money Order
15% of total rental fee due at time of reservation, balance is due 30 days prior to start of rental. A $200 security deposit must be included with the final payment to cover potential damages, or excessive cleaning costs. The security deposit will be refunded within 15 days following completion of the rental if no damages or excessive cleaning fees are incurred.
50% of deposit will be refunded for a cancellation made more than 30 days prior to start of rental.75% of deposit refunded for a cancellation made more than 60 days prior to the start of the rental. 100% of deposit refunded for a cancellation made more than 90 days prior to the start of the rental (minus a $35 processing fee).

Our family enjoyed our stay that this nice spacious home in a quiet location. The floor plan is great with a large kitchen and dining area. We enjoyed the pool and deck area, a perfect place for outdoor grilling. Everything about the week was great! Our plans are to be back next year. Thank you Cynthia.
