A refundable SECURITY DEPOSIT of $350 to $2000, depending on the home, is due by check 30 days before your arrival date. This is required to protect the privately owned home you are renting against damages. The damage deposit will be returned via mail 30 days after your departure date providing there are no damages. Damages will cause a delay in the return of the security deposit. We regret we are unable to accept credit cards for the damage deposit. Your check will be cashed.
All monies are non-refundable unless your exact dates can be re-booked less a 20% cancellation fee.For successfully re-booked reservations, refunds will be returned approximately 14 business days after your original reservation departure was scheduled.No refunds for - Late Arrivals Early Departures No ShowsWe strongly recommend securing your vacation reservation with travel insurance. Call us for information and costs.
