All 3 bedrooms with private baths open on to the 60' long west facing deck. A lovely studio apartment on the lower level provides additional room to accommodate a party of 2. The studio apartment faces west , surrounded by lush gardens and views of the Sir Francis Drake Channel.To the east the main house provides breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and the house is surrounded by 2 acres of lush gardens and a colorful array of foliage. There is a very spacious open living room/dining room/kitchen layout with comfortable furnishings. Our guests will have access to the internet on the house computer. No lugging your laptop and no running to the nearest internet cafe.

Caretakers will assist guests with arrival and departures and answer any questions or problems that might arise. This is a terrific vacation house, perfect for families, families with extended families, or groups of friends. The villa can be rented with or without the studio apartment. Entire villa & studio - $3000/week in-season 2009-10. Villa without the studio- $2500/wk ; Studio separately - $500/wk
