It is a unique, completely renovated luxury San Juan condo and sleeps six. It has a huge tile and partially covered wooden deck terrace (2250 sq. ft.) with cityscapes, ocean and mountain views. The 3rd floor of this San Juan vacation rental is a large living area (also 2250 sq. ft.) with an open living and dining area, custom gourmet kitchen, two bedrooms, two baths, and a laundry room. There is a library with a convertible futon and a separate office area. There are marble & granite surfaces in the bath & kitchen, the master bath has a jacuzzi and the master bedroom has a large walk-in closet. It is fully air-conditioned and has two private off-street parking spaces.

The San Juan vacation apartment conveniently located within minutes of Condado (the tourist district of San Juan) and Old San Juan (a UNESCO World Heritage Site). Ocean beaches are nearby, and major hotel facilities and restaurants are within walking distance. The location offers immediate access to all major highways. The community of Miramar is unique due to its many historic homes, quiet tree-lined streets and neighborhood atmosphere.
