We require a 50% deposit at time that reservation is made and occupancy dates are taken out of our inventory. A short-term rental agreement and guest information is then forwarded to the client's email. We request the return of the rental agreement within 7 days; (by scanning and email). All balances are due and payable within 8 weeks of arrival.

Cancellation
Once the space has been reserved, cancellations are not permitted. In the event of non-occupancy, the owner will make every effort to re-rent the premises for all dates. If successful, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. If not, the deposit is forfeited and all outstanding fees remain due & payable. It is recommended that travelers insurance be procured to minimize personal liability.

& Taxes
There are no taxes added to fees. There is a one-time housekeeping charge of $125 on all rentals.
