The deposit can be paid by Visa or MasterCard. Cancellations made 14 or more days in advance of your arrival date will not be charged. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the arrival date will be charged the rate for one day in the amount of the deposit. For major holidays and June graduations, the cancellation requirement is 30 days prior to arrival date to avoid a charge.
