Upper units have balconies (some with mountain views) and we also have ground level units. Each Carpenteria unit also includes a telephone, cable TV, and DVD player. You may want to take a dip in the heated pool (in summer) or perhaps enjoy a meal in the lovely courtyard garden patio. You won't want to miss Carpenteria's spectacular sunsets!

In order to secure a reservation, a signed short-term rental agreement and the first half of the rent is due 15 days after reservation agreement is received. The balance of the rent is due 45 days prior to arrival date.
All canceled reservations are subject to a $200 (for weekly rentals) or $350 (for monthly rentals) cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for reservations canceled less than 45 days prior to arrival date. Sea Shell Beach Rentals reserves the right to cancel reservations 45 days prior to arrival with no fee to guest if total rent is not received. 4 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY
