Seashell Beach Rentals is a short walk from the heart of Carpenteria, Linden Avenue, which offers a variety of antique shops, restaurants, grocery markets, and a movie theater. While surrounded by the beauty of the ocean, lush parks, protected wetlands and the majestic Santa Ynez Mountains, Seashell Beach Rentals is also only a short drive to Downtown Santa Barbara and an hour and a half drive (or train ride) from Los Angeles.

Upper units have balconies (some with mountain views) and we also have ground level units. Each Carpenteria unit also includes a telephone, cable TV, and DVD player. You may want to take a dip in the heated pool (in summer) or perhaps enjoy a meal in the lovely courtyard garden patio. You won't want to miss Carpenteria's spectacular sunsets!
