Unlike the all-inclusive resorts, where your food is prepaid in a package, staying in a villa allows you to experience Negril to the fullest by trying the various restaurants along the beach or cliffs. Room service is also available from our oceanfront Irie On The Beach Bar & Restaurant.
With the villas, come a housekeeping staff, gardener, 24-hour security and office personnel. Water sports are located right on the beach and shopping/crafts markets are a five-minute walk. Besides the beach and water sports, there are the spectacular West End Cliffs, horseback riding, golf, hiking, mountain springs and caves, reggae shows and waterfalls.

Payments are fully refundable if notified 60 days prior to trip and 50% refundable if notified 30 days prior to trip. Any reductions in stay or cancellations after that date are non-refundable. Cancellations for the months of December and January must be made by October 1 or are subject to a non-refundable holiday season policy.
