Your vacation home will be cleaned and stocked before your arrival. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a private bath. Guest bedroom has two twin beds, which can be combined into another king-sized bed, and a private bath. Full kitchen with all appliances, pots & pans, dishes, and utensils. Beach chairs, coolers, maps, etc are provided and a coin operated washer & dryer is located on site, 30' from your Unit. Private secure parking. A deposit equal to 50% of your total rental charge is due at the time the reservation is made. Balance is due four (4) weeks prior to scheduled arrival. The reservation is not confirmed until either: 1. We have received your deposit payment by Treasurer's check, Cashier's check, or Money Order: or 2. If you prefer to send a personal check, please allow for the time necessary for your check to clear. This could add up to 10 days to the confirmation process. In addition, there is a $250 Security/Damage/Key Deposit.This is a refundable (total/partial) deposit, upon verification that there has been no damage & all keys have been returned.
CANCELLATION POLICY Please Note: All reservations are taken on a GUARANTEED BASIS ONLY. In the event that you must cancel any or all dates, we will make every attempt to re-rent your accommodations, but there will be no refund unless a new booking can be secured for the same dates. Please Note: There will be no refunds for inclement weather, including tropical storms or hurricanes.
There is an additional charge of $50. for each person exceeding two in your party (children 12 and under, free); Maximum 4 persons.
