NOTE: The period between Christmas and New Years requires a minimum stay of 7 nights Deposits
50% deposit required within 2 weeks of booking inorder to hold the unit. The balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival. If the booking period is less than 4 weeks the the full amount is due. For bookings less than 4 weeks we will however consider 50% to confirm and the balance to be sent within 2 weeks via wire transfer ( to arrive prior to travel date) or payment in cash upon arrival.

Cancellation
Total refunds less processing fee of 20% are provided if cancellation is advised 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations if notified up to 45 days prior to arrival date are subjected to a 50% penalty. There is no refund after this period.
