SummerWinds of Hyannis homes are direcly across the street from Veterans Beach, and 1/8 mile from Kalmus Beach. The Hyannis Harbor and Ocean Street Boat Docks are 1/8 of a mile from our.Where you will find restaurants, deep sea fishing boats, and the ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. Main Street is less than a mile from our homes. Two of our homes (493 and 503 Ocean Street), are next to each other (75ft apart), therefore we cater to large groups and family reunions.

Seasonal weekly rentals - 50%deposit when reservation is made, balance two weeks prior to occupany + $500 security deposit
Rental deposit Refund Policy: Should the need to cancel arise rental deposits will be refunded in full, if we are notified at least two months prior to your occupancy date and provided we are able to secure a replacement reservation.
