Private: meadow. In the house: central heating. Motor access to the house (in winter snow chains necessary). Shop 3.5 km, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 3.5 km. Mountain lift 4 km, ski school 5 km, cross-country ski trail 10 m. Drive to the house (3km) via a natural/hiking path. NB: No access to the house by car from May to the end of August from 10:00 to 17:00. One can eat at the Conn restaurant nearby. Beautiful hiking paths from the house. Bathing at the Cauma and Cresta lakes, approx 30 minutes away on foot.
