Shopping centre 2 km, restaurant, bar 500 m, railway station Gornergrat 1.8 km, underground station Sunnegga 1.2 km. Indoor swimming pool 1.2 km. Walking routes from the house. Access to the chalet from the Region Sunnegga ski runs. In winter one can ski to the next bus stop and catch the bus into town.
