Shop, restaurant 350 m, bar 100 m, bus stop 350 m, railway station Denmark Hill 1.5 km, underground station London Waterloo 4.5 km. In a cul de sac position but close to all amenities. Various buses to central London 12, 36 etc - journey time approx 15-20 minutes 350m. Trains to Victoria from Denmark Hill take 15 mins. Ruskin Park with tennis courts approx 2 km. Attention: Arrivals are only possible on Saturdays. Only between 16-21hrs. Arrivals on any other day or time are NOT possible.
