QUALITY SEDONA VACATION HOMES Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
We accept personal checks, money orders, cashier checks, VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Reservations are confirmed only after we receive your $200.00 down payment and rental agreement. Entire balance is required 30-days prior to arrival.
Credit cards accepted: Yes
A $50.00 non-refundable security deposit protector is taken at time of booking home. Full payment due one-month before arrival unless renter is booking within the month and then full payment is due immediately.
No refunds on cancellations of 30 days or less. There is a $50.00 fee for all cancellations. (Except on rents one month or longer. Where a $200.00 non-refundable retainer fee applies.)
All homes have a one-time cleaning fee.
