...additional sleeping loft that is good-sized, but has stairs leading to it that are steep - perhaps too challenging for young children and their grandparents! The Master Bedroom has a 32 HD television and a king-sized bed. You can lie in bed and watch the sun come up over the water! The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the sleeping loft has a full-sized bed. There is a full bath with a shower, and a half-bath off the Master Bedroom. The Boat House has a small galley kitchen which is nonetheless fully equipped with lots of cookware and utensils, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, blender and food processor. You'll also find a washer/dryer, stereo system, digital cable television, Wi-Fi, video tape and DVD player, clock radios, water filter, fans, books, games, DVD's and CD's, iron, telephone & answering machine, a charcoal grill, deck furniture, a picnic table - oh, and a baby grand piano! Linens and towels are provided. Sorry, but condo rules don't allow pets. The Boat House is in the far East End of Provincetown - probably a full mile to the very center of town. During the season the town operates a Shuttle Bus that stops nearby every 15-20 minutes. Available by the week from June through October.
