The love of nature is evident in how the buildings are situated in the landscape. You will also find natural materials skillfully utilized throughout.
The Old Wing section to the West, welcomes you with breathtaking cathedral ceilings over a rustic oak floor and recycled barn board paneling. The family room contains a unique full kitchen with dark green granite counters and rustic copper backsplash. A custom crafted wooden island provides ample room for socializing, while turning out a gourmet meal together with your favorite group of people. Two large in-row tables can seat to14+ people right next to the open kitchen.
There are two downstairs bedrooms next to the full bathroom on the ground level. One bedroom is larger, it has two full beds, and a generous closet. The other bedroom is sweet and snug, and has two twin beds. Even though it is smaller, it has ample storage for your summer needs.
An open stairway brings you up under the high cathedral ceilings, to an enclosed master suite. A generous king sized bed sits prominent under the white stained old wood ceilings. There is a romantic built-in window seat, and a small private bath with a shower.
Next to the master is a bonus loft, overlooking the cathedral ceilings and the downstairs sitting area. Here is space for kids to hang out with cards play and board games. The loft is great also for adults wanting to get away for quiet time and a good book.
The New Wing to the east, has beautiful post and beam joinery. A unique copper top bar facing the south, with a view through multiple glass doors, serves as an extension to outside living. A bathroom with a shower next to the bar makes for an easy social hangout with friends or family. There is a large living room with comfortable seating and a fireplace as well as TV with cable hook up.
A back door and side door allows you to deliver your luggage right on the threshold from an around the house driveway. The bar/kitchen contains a microwave above a gas range oven, a toaster, a two-door refrigerator/freezer with icemaker and a coffee machine. On the New Wing second story, are two wonderful bedrooms. A master suite, with an oversized queen bed adjoining the master bathroom, has a double-sided fireplace, enjoyable both in the master bedroom and from the double-ended tub in the master bath.
The junior bedroom has another queen sized bed. Both bedrooms and the bathroom have glass doors letting maximum light in from an upstairs private deck that overlooks the whole compound and the surrounding forest.
A third story features another two romantic rooms with skylights and a view that makes you feel like you're sitting in a tree house. Each room in the third story has two twin beds. A sweet bathroom is located between the two rooms at the top.

We prefer cashier checks or bank checks
50% of the rental amount is due upon booking. The remaining 50% plus a 15% security deposit (calculated from a full week's rent), is due 1 month prior to your arrival date.
A refund will only be provided if the rental period you had reserved is re-booked for the same dollar amount. You can help us arrange a new rental if you provide us with your notice as soon as possible. If we do not have replacement tenant 45 days prior to arrival date, the payment for your reserved time will not be refunded.
