In the main Jamestown vacation home there is a large kitchen, laundry room, butler's pantry, billiard room, entertainment room, dining room, living room, sunroom, large screened in porch, three full baths . There arefour bedrooms (two queens and two doubles). The home sits high on a hill and looks across at Ocean cliff, Castle Hill and Hammersmith Farm, formerly John F. Kennedy and Jackie O's summer retreat.

Gatehouse: This charming stone house has some views of Newport from the second floorv.It also has lovely gardens. The first floor has an open floor plan, which includes living room, dining room and kitchen. Off of the kitchen is a bathroom and laundry area. There is also a bdrm off the kitchen. Up the turret and on the second floor is another bath and three more bedrooms containing 2 queen beds and a double.

The maximum overnight occupancy for each house is eight people.Social gatherings of more than fifteen people require in either Lessor's advance approval. The grouds can be rented out for weddings.
