The Dunes Community which consists of The Dunes Condos, The Dunes Houses and The Indies Condos are managed by the on-site rental and real estate sales company of Sunset Properties. The Dunes is located in Ft Morgan which is 25 minutes from the heart of Gulf Shores. Our beach front Gulf Shores vacation houses located on the sparkling Gulf of Mexico range from 5 - 7 bedrooms. Our Gulf view homes offer floor plans between 3 - 5 bedrooms.

The Gulf Shores Condominium Complexes offer different amenities, including the selection of one, two or three bedrooms in your unit. The majority of our one bedroom Gulf Shores vacation condos sleep six, and they have two full baths. Most of our two bedroom condos sleep six and have two full baths. Our three bedroom Gulf Shores condos comfortably sleep between 6 - 9 people and have a minimum of two baths. Sunset Properties is considered your leader in the Ft.
