1/2 rental rate is due with lease signing. The balance plus a $100 security deposit is due 30 days before you occupy
Full refund as long as the unit can be rented at the same rate, less a $25 handling fee. If for any reason the property has to be rented at a reduced rate, the difference will also be deducted from the refund
There is a $50.00 weekly cleaning fee to be added to the base rental.
