Perched on a peaceful hill near the University of Washington the elegant Inn offers spacious quiet and comfortable rooms for the leisure of business traveler. The main house has 6 traditional bed and breakfast rooms, each with private bath, TV, phones and data ports. Creature comforts include handmade soaps, comfy robes, down comforters, bottled water and chocolates! Some rooms have fireplaces, many have porches. Next door across the garden are the University Suites. with outdoor private entrances, living rooms, TV/VCR, bedroom, private bath and small kitchens these suites accommodate families, travelers wanting a bit more space and extended stay visitors.

A fabulous full 3 course breakfast is prepared specially for you each morning, featuring our homemade granola, fresh fruit and hot entree such as Spiced Peach French Toast or Southwest style eggs with lots of Seattle coffee!

Tea, and cookies are always in our living room for you to enjoy by the fireplace or out in our gardens.
