TJ's Vista is a beautiful 3 bedroom self-catering apartment situated in the stunning Greenways Golf Estate in the Strand. (Cape Town - Helderberg Region)
The apartment is situated on the 1st floor of Golf Beach and is only meters away from the beach.
You could either go for long walks along the beach alongside Greenways or try your luck out at fishing. (Popular fishing spot)
The apartment comprises of open plan kitchen, lounge, dining room and patio, as well as three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Greenways is a 24-hour secured golf estate on the beach (there is no road between the estate and the beach). Guards man both entrances to the estate and access to the estate is restricted and tightly controlled.
The estate boasts a 9 hole mashi golf course, swimming pools and tennis courts which guests have access to. There are also walking paths throughout the estate and it is very safe for children to roller skate or bicycling around the estate.

The main bedroom is en-suite with a shower, toilet and basin. The 3rd bedroom is ideally suited for children. It faces the courtyard and has a double bunk as well as it's own TV to occupy the kids. Dual view satelite TV is available in the kids room as well as the lounge.

One can see the sea and the Hottentots Holland mountain range from the dining room and the lounge. The lounge has a TV and genuine leather lounge couches.
