The Yankee Lady Inn is a lovely place to stay while visiting Bar Harbor. June, the innkeeper, is warm, friendly, and extremely knowledgable about the geological history of the Island. Her yummy breakfasts were coupled with an informational talk about different aspects of Acadia's rock and geologic formations, which made hiking in the park later in the day all the more enjoyable. Yankee Lady is a relaxed and welcoming place to rest after seeing the sites and I would recommend it highly!
