Deposits
25% of the total rental amount is required for securing an apartment (personal check is fine.)

Cancellation
30 - 60 days before arrival = $50 cancellation charge. Less than 30 days, we will send you a voucher in the amount you have paid, and you can redeem this gift certificate within one year at Gumbo Limbo in any available apartments.

& Taxes
75% of the remaining balance is due upon arrival (cashiers check or cash only.)12% Sales and Tourist Tax (on Siesta Key)
