The Royal Palm suite offers sqft. 1,850 over 3 floors, 3 balconies (all with great Gulf view), and almost all rooms have Gulf view, and a Jacuzzi Whirlpool bathtub with Gulf view as well.

Deposits
25% of the total rental amount is required for securing an apartment.

Cancellation
30 - 60 days before arrival = $100 cancellation charge.
Less than 30 days, we will send you a voucher in the amount you have paid, and you can redeem this gift certificate within one year at Gumbo Limbo in any available apartments.

& Taxes
75% of the remaining balance is due upon arrival (cashiers check or cash only.)
12% Sales and Tourist Tax (on Siesta Key)
