Palmetto Dunes also features Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek and summertime Harbourfest, which features arts and crafts, live entertainment, and a spectacular fireworks display over the marina. Both the “beachside” of Palmetto Dunes and the “creekside” offer a variety of wonderful restaurants and shops. The Dunes Buggy runs during the vacation season and makes regular stops at The Dunes House, Mall at Shelter Cove, Shelter Cove Harbour , Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center and Plaza at Shelter Cove.

11 Armada - Oceanfront - Palmetto Dunes Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
PREPAYMENT: A prepayment of 40%, plus a non-refundable administration fee of $85 is required. The remainder of your balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. We accept checks for US funds, money orders or credit cards (VISA, AMEX, MasterCard, Discover).

SECURITY DEPOSIT: An approved credit card number must be on file in the name of the renter to hold as a security deposit in the case of damage or extraordinary cleaning after your departure. We inspect each property before and after all guest stays. If furniture is moved, you will incur a charge to move it back.
CANCELLATION POLICY: HOMES: If you cancel your reservation before 90 days of your arrival, you will forfeit $250. If you cancel between 90 days and 30 days of your arrival, you will forfeit your 40% prepayment. If you cancel 30 days or less of your arrival date, you will forfeit the full amount of your rental. VILLAS: If you cancel your villa reservation before 60 days of your arrival, you will forfeit $100. If you cancel before 60 days and 30 days of your arrival, you will forfeit your 40% prepayment, and if you cancel 30 days or less of your arrival date, you will forfeit the entire rental amount. Monthly Rentals: Full prepayment of 40% is due at time of reserving. Cancellations of monthly rentals 120 days for homes & 90 days for villas, prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of $250 on Homes and $100 on Villas. Cancellations or changes in your dates and/or rental property must occur prior to the cancellation period. There will be no refunds for early check-outs, no-shows, or inclement weather. Travel insurance can be purchased for 7% of your total rental, and is highly recommended.
